ABOUT
Magdalena Zoledz is a visual artist and PhD candidate at University of Arts in Poznan in Poland researching mainly the concept of post-photography. She works with text, photography, experimental video, objects and sound. She experiments with the idea of the evolution of digital images often referring to posthumanism. She like to use science fiction writing to discover new ways of thinking about digital images. Between 2018-2019 she was a visiting research PhD student at Slade School of Fine Art (University College London) which led to moving to London and co-founding ONE Project London - showcasing a singular artwork as a starting point for the discussion about the slow art movement. She is a member of 280a - Artist Association of international artists and curators based in Vienna with a strong focus on contemporary art and post-photographic practice and co-founder of POSTFOTOGRAFIA.PL. She lives and works in London.
